Hey everyone this is Mike's brother Jon. Mike and Megan had their baby last night! Rowan Elisha Reuwer was born at 11:59pm July 4th. The birth of Rowan was very unique and here is why; Megan started having contractions earlier that day but wanted to wait a while before going to the hospital so that they didn't have to be at the hospital forever. What they didn't expect though was that once they left for the hospital that Rowan just didn't want to wait any longer. Mike was driving really fast to try to get there on time. Well they got to the hospital parking lot but were still a ways away from the entrance when Megan yelled," Mike, stop the car, his heads coming out!" So mike stopped the car, went over to Megan's side of the car, she gave a good, hard push, and out came Rowan right into Mike's arms!! He wrapped Rowan up, gave him to Megan, and drove the rest of the way to the emergency entrance and ran inside to tell the nurses. He had trouble saying what he needed to say and the nurse told him to calm down and he was like," My wife just had our baby in the car!" So then everyone ran out there to help them out. So that is the story. Very unique. Apparently that doesn't only happen in movies! Both Megan and Rowan....and Mike....haha....are doing well. They already left the hospital.
